On the subject of cheap shares what would be considered cheap with an eps of $1.39 a share, no debt, 189 OS of which 131 is restricted effectively leaving 58million shares of which 12 million was either bought back or controlled/restricted. So 46 million shares based on eps of 189million shares. PE of 10 would be conservative $13.9 a share I bet APS could work with that. And the price is .0050 ROTFALMAO! A dime, a quarter, 50 cents, $1, $2. Anyone laughing yet?
