Last years numbers are the most recent information you have, just because they end on December does not mean they are no longer applicable to discussion on what the current state of the company is. Considering the 10K will likely be filed on July 14th as all 10Ks have been filed by this company in the past, that information at that point of time will be just as old. So please do tell us what exactly is the difference between information that is currently 104 days after the last date reported (December 2011 to now April 14th, 2012) compared to the eventually released data in July that will also already be 104 days old (date ending March 31st)?
Same excuse at that point I bet, “Well that data was from the end of March and it is July, so it is no longer up to date”.
