I spoke with Roy yesturday. He answered any and all my questions in a professional manner..Very polite and to the point gentleman.

Heres a few answers to the questions being posed on the board-

Will Phase III be involved in the Boston Marathon- Yes

Will Phase III have a booth at the afterward party- Yes

Is Phase III in the process of advertisement with its sponsors- Yes

Is Phase III in discussion of Bankruptcy- NO

Why the release of new shares- Supply and demand

Will Phase III be expanding to the West coast any time soon- NO
(Phase III is focused on the East coast market and have no plan of venturing out until they have established a market)(Remember Phase III sold its first product in Feb 2011, we are all still on the ground floor here)

Does Phase III have a production facility they own/operate-NO
(all production is taken place through a copacker thus reducing overhead)

Is Phase III in talks with the military for product placement- NO
(according to Mr.Warren the government is not a venue they are pursuing due to the strict regulations and red tape)
