I think they meant to say that OTOW PPS level is going up to 0.0025 to 0.0050 without having any news. It seems that some new shareholders are buying OTOW, and not flipping quickly, many are holding with the hope of financing coming soon.

Until we get financing news, 0.25 to 0.50 could be attainable but certainly not this year imo, revenues are needed not just gov't money. One step at a time, you need a rocket before going to the moon. GLTA
