At the end of the waiting period it will come down to the individual shareholder making a decision on the Company being accountable to the shareholder. Here is a "frontier of thought". If they don't make the timely and legal disclosure, lets all email Gamber and ask him to explain why we shouldn't make application to a court of "competent jurisdiction" to freeze the companies assets, pending a show cause hearing as to why they are not complying with SEC regulations.
