Lots of thoughts, hopes, wishes, and dreams of a higher zone for a long time with little result.
Fundamentals matter and the fundamental fact is Val has not produced or secured funding. I want this stock to do well...I really do, I have 500K shares, but all the hope in the world will not change the fundamental facts in this situation.
The clock is ticking and Val continues to be unable to produce.
