John has a plan for that. The plan is apparently for PIPE holders to profit by selling all their shares to new retail investors, and for retail shareholders to be in the majority -- holding shares that seem to decline in value day by day as the stock selling operation comes unwound.

In fact, he recently praised his "team" for setting up yet another internet message board to discuss JBI, and to attack people who don't think JBI is a good investment.
