NTS MM's screwing with volume here. We just had 1800 shares hit the ask at .49 and the share price is not reflecting it either is the volume. The total volume on L2 is still showing 1200 shares for the day but there are clearly 3K shares worth of volume that had hit the ask today. I think the MM's are very aware this could get away from them in a heart beat.
