There's a grace period for late filers. From my understanding there's a period of 30-60 days where the company, IFSL, can bring their reports in order. As long as the company does this within the allowed limits, the quotation on the OTCBB & OTCQB is not in danger.

At one moment you will see that the ticker for IFSL will change from IFSL to IFSLE. The E will be left out after IFSL has set everything in order.

At this moment there is no reason to panic as far as the listing is concerned. It is of KEY importance that IFSL finds an auditing firm and reports within the preset grace period. I'm not sure long this period is exactly set at but that's maybe something you can ask the company.
