I think the questions to think about are the following.

Who would buy those shares that current EPGL investors are going to be able to sell, and at what price?

By the time you (as a current share holder) get the ability to actually trade new "R/S" shares, what do you think the price will be?

I just think you guys are in a tough spot, either way.

The reason I'm posting here is that I have shares in another company that is currently involved in a lawsuit over AJW notes.
