AJW funds are defunct and insolvent. PwC is (court) appointed to oversee liquidation of the funds for the AJW investors. The control over EPGL equity and restructure is squarely with PwC and the court now, as EPGL was a major debtor to AJW. I think we're both saying the same thing in different ways.
