We can see that finiance isn't one of your strong points. <vbg> If you are going to bother to pay points, and then also roll those over into the loan, you might as well take the 30 at NO points, if it's under 6% and don't worry about the pennies. Unless the world is coming to and end you would eventually come out way ahead. Of course if you don't plan on staying in the house for more than 5 or so years, go with a 5-1 arm or something.
I knew I didn't want that QCOM short. As soon as I was fully in, it ran .20 against me. This trade is only going to get rated a 3 if that. Man, somebody's pushing. PREM has hit twice since 2pm. Strange, TICK hasn't been over 800 in the last two hours. Oh, and it looks like I missed shorting MSFT. Wanted it a little closer to 47.50. And I was looking at it for a bouce around 1:45. Depending on how I would have played the exit, I might have given that a 5, certainly a 4.5.
DJIA and SPX so far have bounce off the bottom of their intra day up trend lines. Go back down stupid QCOM. <g>
