Exactly! You would think USAA - after being customers with Mitek since 2006 - would have become aware of Mitek's technology. Not to mention, I don't think Mitek would have been able to sign-up eight of the 10 largest banks in the U.S. if they were really implementing services that violated anothers patents. In the business world, word gets around very quickly. I'm sure someone [banks] would have heard that Mitek uses patents that aren't theirs long before any signed up for the service, if that was so. I'm not worried at all about the suit. Bring it on USAA!
