Seems to possibly be the Holding Company IMO. Take a look at managing partner CJ Comu's bio and link. The part in Dallas may be part of the UK Group IMO. But few know about this since there has been no formal announcement of NWMT going with the group. Look under company description of the following link. And click the link in that description. The banking side of The Barclay Group appears to be the primary Holding Company of The Dallas Barclay Group.
