GTCB files Form S-3 disclosing identity of PP investors:

The purpose of the S-3 filing is to allow the buyers in the Aug 10 private placement to register their shares with the SEC for possible resale on the open market.

These are the investors and number of shares bought in the private placement (including warrants):

Omicron Master Trust—1.4M
Cranshire Capital, L.P.—1.5M
Iroquois Master Fund Ltd.—1.2M
Bristol Investment Fund, Ltd.—0.4M
Bluegrass Growth Fund, LP—0.4M
