Why hasn't HLNT addressed the issue of Transparency and becoming a full reporting Pink Sheet Company? It doesn't required audited financials, just a disclosure memorandum. Being NON REPORTING means just that - you report what want to, nothing more, nothing less.
What about the Super Voting Preferred Shares - the POISON PILL? Who was issued these shares? PD says the bi-laws require the shares to be issued to the board. Who really is on the BOD?
What about the Convertible Preferred Shares? Who received these shares?
What about the wonderful financials that took 18 months to remove an assett that was never acquired as the deal died in 11/09? What about the booking of a Letter Of Intent as a sale, and it taking months to be removed from the books.
Who owns and controls the private companies? Who votes the Super Voting Shares of the Private companies? Who are the BOD's of the private comanies? THE PRIVATE COMPANIES ARE THE PUBLIC COMPANY - ANSWERS NEED TO BE GIVEN.
That and many more questions remain unanswered and the shareholders deserve answers!
