I KNEW I SHOULD HAVE TAKEN MORE BIOLOGY CLASSES!!!!

Cohen, who is chairman and CEO, received more than $1.3 million in compensation last year, including $375,000 in salary, a $9,000-plus car allowance and health care and life insurance premiums. That’s roughly the same compensation as Tagliaferri, who serves as president and chief medical officer

Bionovo had $2.5 million in cash and equivalents and another $500,000 in short-term securities as of Dec. 31, the company said in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing. That figure had fallen to $311,000 as of Monday, it said in the filing.
