I finally got a response from Glenn. Kind of disappointing, though not super surprising.

"Dear sir,

We are not required to issue audited statements but instead reviewed statements .
We will post our FYE 3.31.12 statements 90 days from the close of the year.
We have no other plans to issue press releases or speak to investors.
Please note that Jason works in our graphics department and is not qualified to answer your emails.
