Doesnt matter there was no buying in PYHH since they brought it to market. They basically gave shareholders a ratio of shares who held the other POS PHYH. So they gave old shareholders shares only to reverse them a short time later. To put out in a PR increase shareholder value is pure BS it will be a tight float but I have no confidence in their ability to add value and move up the share price. They couldnt do it with PHYH or PYHH so why should now be any different.
