I doubt seriously that a forward split is in the cards.. One of the reasons for the reverse was to get rid of shareholders and lowering the price again so more may buy is counter productive..
No going private is what the company seems (IMO) to want to do now and if the price is near the bid,, it means that the price could be as low as $0.03 on the pre-reverse stock.. As it should be apparent to any that read this board,, the scramble to cover shorted shares just isn't happening and as I pointed out NITE's position has never been one of a short.. Constant cry's of where does the stock come from unless it is from a short is not really a fact and appears to be pure fiction.. If you don't believe may I suggest that you bid $50.00 or half the last on the pre-reverse closing price for 200 shares and see how fast you buy.. IMO.. The post below is as true today as the day it was posted.. Gerry is for Gerry and that is the way it should be.. He can't create the money that he gives away w/o being a good business man and the reverse split is nothing more than good business.. hank

well it is different in one HUGE respect, Most of the Reverse splits I've been through were with stocks that were in the Triple Zero Range IE: .0001 Prior to the Split and they had 1 for a 1000 Splits ... Company's that were Shaky to begin with.. I did ride through one that was $2.00 thock that did a 1 for 5 and that restarted trading almost immediatly. I think there is just a lot of folks standing off from this because of the Price of this stock right now .. Its tough to convince someone that was buying a stock for .27 to Now buy it for 98.00 .. I have a Feeling that Your friend Gerry was trying to price this out of the range of most of the small investors..
