Simple, create hope, perceived value increases, interest increases,company sells to raise cash. Same scenario, different voice. At least they are up front and have been since last fall. They said it was going to get worse before getting better. Even with today's message. Read again. They are not done yet...soon. LOL
They are talented. Not buying. Have enough for now. Waiting for .000, hope not but history shows news = dilution.
We shall see.
