Ill tell you what, people would go ape$hit at some of the ways we handle our business in my company. But we nail the impportant things consistently, good product and customer service, and maintain high revenues.

I just think every indication remains that the few BIG things remaining will be adressed, and once they are this lack of communication will truly be a thing of the past. there have been so many absurd posts that have changed along the way, and have been consequently disproved, that its equally absurd to me that Bob would not make it to the finish line, when the truly hard days are behind him.
