Audits in the pinky department NEVER happen

Well, since 2010, HHSE has been initiating the most difficult task of of completing an audit, you see, w/these big companies, it takes time....as these audits are most tricky (lot's of white-out) in being completed on time. HHSE is working ever so dilligently to complete this 3 year old audit...just give em a little more time.
