Or I see it as, that being the reason we have the chance to make a killing here. Remember this is a merger, with many big time players involved with big money. They issue too many shares and their investment will be affected as well. Most diluting companies dilute in order to raise capital so they can then pay themselves huge salaries. Clearly the people behind this company, some of the close to billionaires, have no interest in anything like that. Why are you not selling your shares if you are so against the actions of this company. If I was as nervous as you I'd be gone in a minute. :)
