I think I know what it means, it means that he believes but is frustrated. Stock is still trading a ton of volume to the downside. A lot of it is market makers, you'll see them bid for 112k shares at .09 then offered for 112k at .10. We need news. If you believe the letter to shareholders we should hear about code approval and int'l shortly. I believe
