I don't watch tic by tic, but, that could be what I call burst trades. One large trade broken into 10 small, by broker/dealer to hide the true value of the trade. A mask attempt at hiding positive or negative interest. Stealth trading. To keep price from surging, on the herd mentaility on the OTC.

How many times do you read WOW look at the ASK !~ someone big buying, at a message board. And all of a sudden the retail herd buys. If someone wants to take a large position without moving the price, it can be broken into many smaller buys by his broker.
