The company doesn't care about US investors now it seems. Not filing a 10k. I think they just gave up on us like many other Chinese companies have. The market cap here is peanuts for them. Not worth the effort for them now in this economy. People who want to buy now will tuck these away in case it comes back to life or goes private long term.
