Way to change the subject RB! The subject is your questionable assertion that Identa shouldn't be advertising until the CE is lifted.
As for what JG asserts, there may be a tidbit of truth to it. The CE might and I mean might slow a possible big buyer down (probably not, because what is important to them is the ability to deliver the product, which there is ample proof they can do that in their history), but even if it did, the ads such as internet videos will still be there after the CE is lifted, so why miss possible opportunities now?

Honestly it looks more like such an assertion is just looking for a different way to package the same, redundant, incessant, complaints, which I may have agreed with some of the first 100,000 times they were posted. But when they are couched with non-sensical things like stopping advertising until this or that happens, well, as I said, that seems very questionable to me.
