Pennies are and always will be a form of legalized gambling(just barely legal)that can afford a person who has some cash to throw around HUGE returns.The average "dabbler" is going to dig up an occasional bone and make a nice score, the professional who does not become married to these stocks can make several hundreds of thousands annually by knowing how to play these. JMO.
