Seems liek they bought ALTH cheaply considering ALTH has $50m annual sales of folytin and $100m in cash - they essentially buyign the pipeline and drug sales for $100m or 2x sales, and SPPI trades at 4x sales. They can also probrably eliminate a lot of the costs since they will be selling to the same Dr's
