There is no point in going private. They were private before taking over UCP and needed a public vehicle for financing growth. If they still decided to go private again, I would sell my shares at a price per share that equates the market cap to 1x revenues.
As management, I would cancel 500m shares, put them back to treasury and instantly have the needed ammo to acquire 1-2 equity stakes in successful media agencies without further dilution to shareholders. We should be in pennies by then...
