I like the list, with the exception of MERQ, which is definitely overvalued but since I do not follow the stock I cannot recommend it for a short. Just looking at the chart, I see no reason other than valuation to short it here. The rest are good candidates.

I would add to the list most of the equipment companies (CYMI, LRCX, AMAT, CREE, KLIC, TER, etc.) and most of the chip companies plus CDWC. I also have some non tech core shorts, such as GM, TYC, COF, MBI, JPM, C and FNM.
