On the RBC call they indicated they had a meeting with the FDA "next month" to discuss the development plan. They talked about hoping to go directly to Phase 3 since Phase 2 is more to see dose and they believe they know that based on BG-12 data. Think the issue may be what sort of safety data the FDA may want to see. Its toward the end of the call if your curious to just hear that part (25-26 min. mark)
