If one believes the cabo effects on bone mets are real (as I do), then I think the stock has to be considered on the cheap side. Bone mets probably have the biggest impact on quality of life in prostate cancer, and so I have to believe that any drug that resolves them will find eventually find significant use.

Sure it's out of favor right now, but that's the best time to buy a stock with decent long-term prospects. Not a core position, but a decent pick for a basket I suspect.
