Recently the CEO sounded a lot more open to partnering the ex-US rights and/or the heptagonist program. Clearly he wants to keep the N.Amer rights for the antibiotic. They've reportedly had a lot of partnering interest, but needed the Phase 2 data to get the terms they want. They also stand to get significant new cash (up to $50 mil) as outstanding warrants are exercised.
