Thats correct, but there is a very solid reason why they are late... they are naming new officers and they are not in a position to announce them...but those officers are, in my opinion, 100% listed in those finns and they also have to put all of the info on the property sales in there... that all takes time... its not that big a deal for them to be under a stop sign...
