Unfortunately, your argument is f.o.s. as the removal of JG was not a valid corporate action, because the Series A preferred shares did not have "as converted" voting rights and the "written consent" of shareholders was invalid. While JC and his legal henchman are running circles around JG in court, there are many of us who watched this unfold and know who's the bad guy. Actually, just about everyone's a bad guy, but JG is incompetent, therefore is the Fall guy. DB clearly did criminal actions, but is protected by his silent partner in this, JC.
