I really tire of hearing 'Fraudulent' and 'unwarrented' when it comes to the CE. If it were, all we had to do was to prove there was nothing we did wrong - but Bob claimed that it was such a LONG process that it was easier to uplist - an even longer process. It's really getting old. The CE is still there, and our listing hasn't changed, with Bob making zero progress on doing anything about either one, or even mentioning it recently.
