I still think EDIG might not be done on the 774 because when I read PTSCs response after their final rejection it seemed to me they were arguing the same thing they did in the response to their non final rejection. The examiner then somehow now accepted the same argument he seemed to reject before. Reading the info did not help in figuring out if the patent office would issue a NIRC. I'm out anyway for now as EDIG has 2 months to submit a response. There will probably be some scrunchi news to buoy the stock and the 737 might not get rejected.
