I talked to Richard today around noon because i wanted confirmation of the news today...now i will try to remember all of what i asked, as i didnt expect to get through, and just kept asking questions that got into my head...

1. yes they do have a national deal with COX and yes it came in late last night!

2. cox does realease PR's but only major PR's because they have so many little things going on everyday...it was in the agreement to not PR it..(so dont expect a PR about it as Frank does not want to piss off cable execs.)

3. talk about the accouting firms name---Frank lost a lot of business from giving out names of companies he was working for..(dont know how.) but richard did mention that in the past these companies and been flooded from Q shareholders.

4. any word on audit date completion---wont know till 3 days before it is relased

not a very exciting phone call, but nontheless ill post it...we did have a little tussel over the manipulation of the stock and i gave him my thinkings on it and he understood what i was saying, but again danced around all my questions regarding it...just sayin stuff like thats why we have the investigation in place etc....
