No, what I've read, they've met. And they will meet again. What they won't do, they will not give up their enrichment of uraniums, they will not discuss it, that's offlimits and rightly so since they are entitled to do so under the NPT. That's the crux of the issue with the West, they want them to stop enriching uranium and the West has no right to demand that of them. That's the whole debate.

Again, what do they have to discuss when there is no credible evidence of a weaponization program?
