Here, I will try to answer each question:

"What have they said to the world? and What have they said to their people ? "

They have said to their people and the world that its their right do develop nuclear energy that the West wants a submissive and compliant Iran and does not like Iran because it is independent of the West's hegemonic powers. That the nuclear issue is being used as a cover to try to turn Iran into another puppet state like Saudi Arabia,Baharain, Yemen, Jordan, and previuosly Egypt.

"Do they have a FREE PRESS? Do they have Total Access to the Internet?"

Probably not on both issues. But I don't see that as a major issue to start a war since most of the US allies are far more repressive than Iran.

"I know they recently increased subsidies by 50 percent .. but, those are not in effect yet."

Well, that's good to know.

"I also know Ayatollah Khomeini has stated consistently That He is AGAINST nuclear weapons and makes it very clear that
they are against Islam. So I wonder why He and the other leaders will not meet with the World Leaders and tell them that also

He has said it to the world repeatedly. But as I said before, there is no credible evidence that Iran is pursuing a nuclear weapon. The Ayatollah knows the West is using the nuclear issue to pressure Iran to be submissive and succumb to the West to become another dictatorship sponsored by the West.

"It would diffuse the ENTIRE situation and yet, They Refuse to Do that. It doesn't make any sense to me."

It's been repeatedly done. All of our intelligence agencies have repeatedly stated that there is no weaponization.
