There were approx. 10 million free trading shares prior to the AS being raised and the RS. Post split there are 600,000 not controlled by insiders. Those 600,000 shares equate to 120,000,000 shares pre split.That is dilution, those shares will be sold into the market and the PPS will take a dramatic downswing.
