Although this article is considerably more than a year old it does give some insight into Entogenetics.
Seeing that KBLB has achieved what they were hoping for long before they could hope to achieve it, they politely attack KBLB and try to distinguish themselves by saying that their goal is pure spider silk, falsely implying that KBLB does not also have that goal.
We know from other sources that KBLB was at that time working to partner with SIAL for the exclusive use (in silkworms) of the zinc fingers CompoZr, and that Entogenetics was a competitor in that quest. This highlights the need for NDAs and "silent periods" to avoid giving too much information to competitors and to assure the granting of patents and the publication of new successes in the best peer reviewed scientific journals.
Entogenetics is no longer a creditable competitor, (this article was the LAST meaningful article they published in that blog, and the last article of any interest that they published anywhere until today) but there will be other companies or pirates trying to profit by stealing ideas from KBLB.
KBLBs future spectrum of products will likely be the largest strongest and most disruptive thing to impact the materials field in decades. There will be no shortage of companies and individuals looking to cut off their own little piece of KBLB's pie.

Also, at some point in the next year or two, after the stock gets up to a dollar or more and perhaps shortly after it is listed on NASDAC or NYSE, We should expect a major "short and shred" attack complete with major negative publicity in an attempt to bring the company down and profit from its fall.
There are many players of this game out there who are undoubtedly collecting all of the disparagement and conspiracy theories posted on this board.
KBLB is too small, with too low a PPS right now, to be profitable for these gangsters, but it will soon be big enouh to be a prime target.
