or WM couldn't get a large enough percent ownership of JBI that they invested in the next best thing...

the funny thing is the next best thing following JBI in the plastic 2 oil industry is a huge step down.

now that I think about it...WM should have invested in wastewater treatment in order to get a better ROI on the sewage Agilyx makes...
