I've heard that rumor, but you didn't say that "it was stated at the agm that waste management had to do an environmental cradle to grave audit". You said that Waste Management DID "an actual audit of jbis system which jbi passed".

All I'm asking you to do is quote the company saying that that actually happened and show me where you found the quote.

It's not complicated. Should be easy if it really happened.

The audit rumor ("9. Waste Management Inc. is currently doing an audit on the process.") seems to have cropped up in June of last year. Surely in all of the filings and press releases that JBI has published since you should be able to find something like "WM performed an audit on the process" if it existed.
