Sorry buddy.. but I'd have to disagree.. :) Your first merger is like your first time doing 'Brown Chicken Brown Cow".. :) Except WAY more complicated, and definitely needing guidance. Does he gain a huge amount of experience.. hell yes.. but to call it a specialty?? That infers you've done it more than once... more than twice would be ideal. Any ways...
