What kind of lawsuit is this? Looks like the plaintiff is JBI and the board of directors are the defendants ? . Who is this Grampp person anyway. Some one should tell him after Farouqi brothers are done there won't be much left if anything for the actual plaintiff. Just another ambulance chasing law firm looking to fill their pockets and there seem to be a few trolling the SEC litigation sites. JMHO
