The one thing I have noticed is if it's a wholesale dump or dilution then why have the almost 50 million bid at .0004 not been filled and this is not said so someone can jump up and say oh they will be I it keeps going this way. If I am dumping or diluting I'm taking the money for those 50 million shares and running screw the pps
