If the stuff with the FTC is dropped it would launch RMBS.
I don't expect the FTC to quit so soon even though thir case has no merit. Payne carried his act through to the end and set RMBS up for the FTC action. They really wanted to kill RMBS.
The document motion has no merit. It looks like the antitrust action also is dead. But they will think of something to keep it going.
